3-IN-1 Multi-Purpose Sealer

The Sealer is a compact, glovebox-compatible system designed to reliably crimp coin cells and seal pouch cells in a single system. It can also be coupled with the Assembler and Autoloader Modules to further benefit from a semi or fully automated cell assembly and sealing process.

Interchangeable Dies

Interchangeable dies allow the Sealer to seal coin cells, pouch cells, and Protocells using the same platform. Dies can be changed quickly without specialist tools. A die change requires no specialist tools and typically takes only a matter of minutes to accomplish, allowing rapid technology scale-up from fundamental electrochemical research to applied industry relevant test cells.

What cells formats can you seal with the Sealer?

The Sealer can crimp coin cells and vacuum seal Protocells and single layer pouch cells. The Sealer can also pre-laminate electrodes for accurate single layer pouch assembly.
